Hunnah RN (Practice Nurse)
Hunnah grew up in the country and moved to the Brisbane to complete her degree in nursing. She has been a nurse for over 10 years. During this time, she has worked in general practice and aged care in a variety of roles. Prior to this, she spent 9 years in aged and disability care, working in the community support sector assisting clients and patients to achieve improvements in their daily activities and day-to-day life.
Hunnah loves bringing laughter, personalised and dedicated care to her patients across all spans and walks of life. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new experiences with family and friends, having adventures and getting back to nature.

Rebekah RN (Practice Nurse)
After graduating her Diploma of Nursing as an enrolled endorsed nurse in 2016, Bek worked in Allergy & Immunology & also Dermatology before joining the team at Creare Clinic in 2022. Bek recently completed her studies through USQ for her Bachelor of Nursing. Bek enjoys the variety of work, continuous learning opportunity and the friendly team culture at Creare Clinic. She particularly enjoys the ability to provide individualised care for each patient. Bek strives to make patients feel at ease in every situation and enjoys educating patients so that they are more empowered with their own health care.
Outside of work, Bek is a mother of 2 children, a teenage boy & an English staffy. One could say her hobbies are quite balanced because she enjoys going to the gym, dancing and eating chocolate.
Gemma (Practice Manager)
Gemma joins us with extensive experience in management and medical secretarial roles across a number of specialities with a background across multi-disciplinary practices including a major health fund, in General Practice, Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, Nephrology and Urology. She brings an array of experience to ensure the functions of the practice operate in a smooth, efficient and professional manner.
As practice co-ordinator, Gemma specialises in the ‘behind the scenes’ work that goes into the surgery process, this includes liaising with the hospitals, anaesthetists and health funds to ensure surgery is a smooth and seamless process from beginning to end. As well as this, Gemma creates a warm and friendly environment which is felt by staff and patients alike.
As a mother of two primary school aged children and two puppies, Gemma leads a busy but fulfilling life. She loves to get away on weekends camping with the kids and, as a bit of a foodie, loves dining out and trying new restaurants.
Gemma takes great pride in ensuring our practice presents an efficient, kind and knowledgeable team.
Jan (Reception/Medical Secretary)
Jan has had over 30 years' reception and administrative experience in various medical centres, in both general practice as well as specialist practices. Prior to this, she has also worked as an assistant nurse in Aged Care for more than 5 years, and the hospitality industry for over 10 years. For those of you who have had to contact our office, you would be familiar with Jan's voice and her friendly, helpful personality.
Jan lives at home with her husband and a steady traffic of her 4 adult children moving in and out. When she is not mothering her children, she mothers everyone else in the office, including our patients! Jan's big heart has a very widespread reputation.
Jan is passionate about her job and the patients that we look after. She is well known for her compassion, patience, and going that extra mile to help others. She is definitely a favourite amongst our 'regulars' and a valuable asset to our team.
